Registration and Abstract Submission

Important deadlines:

    Abstract submission (Oral): 11 June 2018 (EXTENDED!)
    Bursaries: 11 June, 2018 (EXTENDED!)
    Early bird payment: 20 July, 2018
    Accommodation (with selected Hotels): 31 July, 2018
    Abstract submission (Poster): 10 August, 2018 (for the booklet)

Registration:

  • Click on "create new account" in the registration block on the left or follow this link. You will be redirect to the registration page.
  • Fill in all the (requested) information and click the "Create new account" button at the end of the page. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
  • Note that until the registration deadline you can change/add information by logging in and clicking "My account" on the top right or following this link. Then choose the "EDIT" tab.

Abstract submission:

Log in to your account as explained above, under "My account" choose the edit TAB, finally fill in the form (title, affiliation, text and type of contribution)
Acceptance of oral contributions will be communicated by 6 July.

Abstract submission deadline for poster is on the 10th of August in order to be included in the workshop booklet.

Payment:

  • The early-birds conference fee (until July 20th) is 200 EURO.
  • For cancellations after August 10th a fee of 50 EURO will be charged.
  • The late conference fee is 250 EURO.
  • The fee includes participation in the conference, social dinner, coffee breaks and the 4 lunches during the conference (but not accommodation).

All bank charges must be covered by the transmitter.

Registration will be effective only after the payment is received.
All participants will receive a receipt, confirming they have paid the fee, at he conference.
If you need an invoice, please request it by email
here as soon as possible. Include the IBAN, SWIFT and VAT numbers of your institution when you request an invoice. We will not be able to create one without.

Bursaries:

A certain number of bursaries partially covering accommodation and living costs are available. To apply:

  • Login to your account as explained here above,
  • under "My account" choose the edit TAB,
  • fill in the form: tick the 'Bursary?' check-box, specify your position, motivate your request, provide name and e-mail of your advisor as reference.

Deadline to apply for support: June 1st, 2018
Bursary applications submitted after the deadline and/or without motivation, reference, and position statement will not be considered.
